Artificial intelligence

We want you to know which parts of the website were created by people and where we’ve used artificial intelligence (AI) to help us.

1. Where have we used AI?

• Website code. Some of the styles and scripts (the animations, the piano, the gallery, the loading acceleration) were written using Claude, a language model developed by Anthropic. Every line has been reviewed, tested and uploaded by the site’s web designer.
• Texts. The privacy and cookie policies and the Terms and Conditions have been drawn up with the help of AI and have been checked by us.
• Translation into English. The English version was produced using machine translation (TranslatePress and DeepL) and has been reviewed by a human.
• Photos, videos and music. The photos are ours, from Magnito. The videos in the background of the header sections and the music are from Pixabay. None of the photos, videos or music have been generated using AI.

2. Where we do not use AI

• There is no chatbot on the website. When you contact us, a member of our team will reply.
• The programme, prices, menu and guest reviews are genuine and are entered by us. The reviews are genuine and come from Magnito’s Google page.
• We don’t make automated decisions on your behalf, and we don’t create profiles (see Privacy Policy).
